  • Very sad to hear about Darv passing away. He was one of my closest Heron Lake friends and one that I would seek out on my infrequent visits back to HL. Sadly we had not connected for a few years.
Growing up our small group would create our own entertainment, and we all have a long list of crazy escapades which continue to amaze my acquaintances and family. The most frequent comeback is, “How and why did you ever think of doing that?”
Great guy, great friend, I’ll miss him forever.

  • Had the pleasure of getting to know Darvin when we worked together. I’ll always remember his fondness for diet Coke and our shared love of Fleetwood Mac. He was a fantastic guy with a great sense of humor and will be greatly missed.
